How we helped Kottige build a credible, conversion-optimised Amazon presence from the ground up, turning a new market entry into a steadily growing revenue channel with strong foundational account health.
Starting on Amazon without prior marketplace experience is one of the most common situations we work with, and one of the highest-stakes. The decisions made during the first months of an Amazon account's life have a disproportionate impact on its trajectory. Get the foundations right and the account builds momentum that compounds. Get them wrong and recovery is slow, expensive, and often demoralising.
Kottige was a brand entering Amazon for the first time with a strong product offering, a clear brand identity, and the ambition to build a serious marketplace business. EcommAdvize took full ownership of Kottige's Amazon setup and launch from initial account configuration through to catalogue build, listing creation, Brand Registry, and first-phase advertising.
Account setup was handled with the care that a first impression deserves. Every element of the account configuration, from category approval and selling plan selection to business information and return settings, was set up correctly first time. This is the part of Amazon account management that sellers rarely think about until something goes wrong, and we made sure it never became a source of problems for Kottige.
Listing creation was treated as a brand-building exercise as much as a content exercise. For a new brand entering a competitive category, every listing is a chance to communicate why this brand deserves a buyer's trust over an established competitor. We wrote Kottige's listings with that competitive context in mind, crafting titles and bullet points that balanced keyword coverage with the kind of persuasive, benefit-led writing that converts first-time visitors who do not yet know the brand.
A+ Content was built alongside the listings to give Kottige's product pages the visual depth and brand storytelling that newer brands need to compete credibly against more established players. The A+ modules communicated Kottige's brand story, product design philosophy, and key differentiators in a format that gave buyers the confidence to purchase from a brand they were encountering for the first time.
Brand Registry was secured and the Brand Store was built to give Kottige a branded destination within Amazon's ecosystem, providing a place for advertising traffic to land that communicated the full scope of the brand rather than a single product page.
The first advertising campaigns were built with a launch-phase objective: accumulating the sales velocity and keyword ranking signals that would allow the listings to establish organic positions quickly. As those positions developed, we transitioned the campaign strategy toward profitability optimisation, reducing the cost of customer acquisition as the organic contribution to traffic grew.
By the end of the initial engagement period, Kottige had built a clean,well-structured Amazon presence with strong account health, growing organic keyword rankings, and an advertising account generating positive returns. The foundation was exactly what it needed to be for the next phase of growth.
Recent Task:
With the account foundation established and performing well, our recent work with Kottige has focused on expanding the catalogue depth within their primary category and beginning the process of cross-sell and upsell content development between complementary products. We also initiated a review strategy to accelerate the rate of authentic review accumulation across the catalogue, which is the primary trust signal Kottige now needs to deepen its competitive credibility with buyers who are comparing it against longer-established brands in the category.
